For over a decade I have walked alongside souls seeking to untangle the knots of their nervous systems and reclaim the fierce aliveness buried beneath the clutter of modern life. I have held hands through grief too vast for words, and breathed alongside bodies dense from chronic stress and dis-ease. I know this landscape well. It is a place where the wild heart longs to run free but often feels trapped and alone.

I am a Breathwork Specialist, Registered Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master Teacher, and Birth Doula, who tends this medicine with a trauma-informed approach. My work is an invitation to step into the soft, cozy spaces inside you where the breath flows like a river, where gentle movement wakes the bones and where stillness reveals the wisdom of your soul.

Here, in this space between worlds, you are invited to remember your own wildness. To be seen. To be held. To reclaim the power that pulses beneath all the noise and forgetfulness. This is your homecoming to yourself.
