THE UNEARTHING: your cozy healing space
This is an introductory healing session, a ceremonial doorway if you will. Welcome dear one to my cozy healing nook! You are invited to join me as we drop into your very own earth-based healing ceremony. You can think of this like an energetic reset where your whole body, your full system gets to relax and realign. With my trauma-informed approach, my healing space centers Y O U. your goals. your needs. your nervous system. your emotions, and this medicine can include (but isn’t limited to) breathwork and yoga, energy medicine (reiki), herbal wisdom, and somatic care. All ceremonies are 60 minutes and held in-person in San Diego (in the comfort of your own home) or virtually worldwide.

Weekly Community Care
Grace has over a decade of experience offering trauma-informed somatic healing practices both in studio and to her local community.
She has over a 1000 hours of training (vinyasa, hatha, yin, pranayama/breathwork, meditation, Usui reiki level 1,2, and 3) and has over a 1000 hours of in-studio teaching experience from Washington D.C., to San Diego, CA.
She designed and launched San Diego’s first and only breathwork focused yoga class at Yoga Deck located in Bankers Hill, SD.
Her experience extends beyond the studio, teaching in spaces for individuals, groups, corporations and small businesses, festivals, and both domestic retreats throughout California and international retreats in Bali, Indonesia.
Each week, she offers her clients and students space to deepen, process, reflect, and integrate through the practice of yoga.
